As the map below reveals, the Phillips community has not been immune from the wave of foreclosure that has gripped the nation. Many resources exist to help homeowners who are having trouble making their mortgage payments, many of them available right in the Phillips neighborhood. While it can be very hard to make that first call, homeowners who seek help early, before the foreclosure process begins, are far more likely to find a way to stay in their homes.
